Selkirk Maintenance Homeowners’ Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting for the Homeowners’ in  Selkirk Maintenance Section I, II, and Addition A, Inc. is scheduled for Sunday, January 10, 2016 at the Volunteer fire station (1203 CR 243).  The election of Board of Directors is  at 2:00pm with Business meeting to follow.  All owners are encouraged to come. If you have an agenda item please give notice. Financial statements will be available. Thank you.

  1. Who do I contact about the pothole in the lane to exit Selkirk Island? I’m pretty sure it bent my rim this morning! We pay so much in taxes and maintenance fees, that I find this unacceptable. ..

    • Hello Mr Rutkoski, Where is the pothole? I am assuming your route to your Section from Hwy 60 is to travel CR 239 to CR 243. Correct? Both of those are county roads. So I guess the Commissioner Kent Pollard would be your contact if that’s the case. I am sorry to hear about your rim. You do not pay maintenance fees to Selkirk Maintenance Sect. 1,2, and Add. A, Inc. Celeste Hagaman told me you called her. You are in Selkirk Community Assn. correct?
